Typical 'weekend' breakfast scenario entails the following;
Chocolate Protein & Oats pancakes... (not the best batch...but they taste heavenly Hercules himself wouldnt say no to these muffukas )...they might look light but they heavy though :heh:

Ingredients;
  • 160 ml water
  • 2 Scoops ON protein ( I used rocky road flavour)
  • I medium egg
  • 40grams baking Cocoa powder
  • 25 gram steel cut Oats
  • 140 gram Batter (pancake mix)
  • dash of grounded cinnamon & vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoon African Honey

Mix all in a bowl, ensure mixture is viscous & warm up a pan, pour in the mix (little bit at a time and spread it in the pan) & get flipping brehs

Total : 1135Kcals MACRO - 70P/144C/27F (protein/carb/fat) (bear in mind the whole mix gave me 6 big ass pancakes...I ate these over a 16 hour period) :mj:

No more rice and no more pasta for me. My wife is trying to send me to the Flablight Zone.

I lift first thing in the morning then have breakfast. My breakfast is my post workout meal and first meal of the day, and its also my heaviest

I have the same breakfast everymorning: Uncle Techniecs Oatmeal Deluxe

I have 2 cups of oatmeal, 1 cup and a half of 1% milk, 1 spoon of peanut butter, a dash of cinnomon, 1/3 scoop of whey, a tablespoon of honey and a banana sliced

Keep in mind I am 6"7, 240...and I dont necessarily bulk or cut, I just try to stay lean, eat the right amount of calories, lift with good intensity etc

1050 calories, 152 grams of carbs, 47 grams of protein, 25 grams of fat, and 16 grams of fibre

Dirty numbers, but thats what you need if your either bulking or just a big guy who works out

For the rest of the day I operate on a sliding scale where I progressively eat lighter and lighter...Ill follow up with carbs for lunch (whole wheat pasta or whole wheat tortilla wrap) but its just cottage cheese, protein shakes, veges, apple etc for the rest of the day

How many calories do you eat per day? I'm 150 and I try to get a gram of protein for each pound of body weight. I can only imagine trying to get 240 grams of protein :damn:

Breakfast: Usually nothing, unless it's the weekend. I work at 8am and don't get up until like 7:15, so you can probably imagine that I don't have time. I seem to be genetically incapable of waking up any earlier. :sadcam:

If it's the weekend then I'll usually have leftovers of whatever I had for dinner the night before.

Lunch: Usually something like a protein bar and a small bag of almonds/peanuts. :ehh:

Dinner: Usually pig out and have whatever, and eat my fill. Tonight I got a footlong sub from Subway (Chicke Teriyaki) and some fries. Other days I might have salmon and rice, or baked/fried chicken.

I'm about 150, not really looking to cut/bulk but I wouldn't mind gaining some muscle definition. I rarely make it to the gym more than once a week tho. :wow:

I know I should eat breakfast but I just can't get up early enough. Plus if I eat a big breakfast I'm :deadmanny: at work by 10:30.

No idea how many calories I eat in a day, but I've never really had weight issues - I'm about what I was in high school.

:ufdup: By not eating breakfast. That's usually my biggest meal(by calories) of the day. I don't see how people function without breakfast to be honest. I start getting headaches by 9am if I don't eat breakfast.

Man, I just can't eat big meals without getting sleepy, that itis hits me pretty bad. :manny:

A big breakfast will have me wanting to take a nap instead of going to work, and by 10 or 11 I'm falling asleep at my desk. Same with lunch, if I eat too much I'll be :zzz: by 3.
