I was a ordinary limited eater before I became nutritionally aware, so the transition wasn't hard.
I don't go hard as these other jokers.
Breakfast: if I actually wake up for it is honey Bunche of oats. Or my fav new cereal kellogs rocky mountain chocalate factory.But not a really a breakfast person typically will just eat a fiber one bar(chocolate and oats). I reject all milk that isn't whole milk.
Snacks: fiber one chocolate and oats.
Lunch: not big on chicken breast.... Too thick for my taste. Don't like the tenderness of it either. Typically a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread.. 2 or 3 of them. I cereal and milk.
Dinner. Whatever I want. As you can see, not real strict on what I eat. Iive a very active lifestyle though. Play basketball a lot. Run with my girlfriend a couple time a week. And my job is very fast pace being in warehouse. I don't drink strictly water but I do drink a lot of it cuz if my job but I also drink a lot of lemon ice tea. I try not to eat a lot of breaded meats. I do eat pizza and when I do it's not one slice.
Weight fluctuates between 170 and 176 at 5'11. Bout to start going to the gym next month
