What you said is correct. They hit you for 2 years prior to the date when your in court. They will ask the mother how much you've given her and if she's pursing back child support. If she says you gave her nothing and yes she would like back support your ass in the hole for ten of thousands of dollars BEFORE your actually paying the support they order that day.

I knew a guy whos BM took him to court for back cs the bytch said he gave her $30 in two years and she wanted back child support. Buddy was giving her money every week but was smart enough to send it thru cashapp so there was a paper trail. Judge gave her nothing.
