I'll probably owe upwards of 10k
99% certain I'll use it to pay down my car note. Not like I'm getting much back anyways but whatever helps to get the car paid off. Maybe I might splurge on something but everything else can wait anyways.

Made over 200k... need to switch up to estimated tax payments
That's the way to do it, otherwise you're essentially giving the govt an interest free loan by overpaying your future tax liability.
I usually err on the way of overpayment slightly, expecting a couple hundred. So to answer OPs question, I'll probably squander it on some booze or buy some work clothes, probably booze...
