I've give people that. I look Ethiopian as hell. People ask if I am Habesha almost every day. I don't mind b/c it's usually someone trying to relate to me culturally. Once a guy scolded me for like an hour for denying my heritage. I couldn't get away b/c I was selling my goods at market. Said I need to come back to my people. .

When my hair is shorter, I get asked it all the time. I'm Guyanese & Portuguese so the answer would be yes. West Indian people will automatically infer I'm Guyanese though. I do look "exotic" though and being heavily tattooed throws people off as most Indians don't have full sleeves

You do look West Indian, like literally a Guyanese of Indian descent. I'd never guess you were half Portugese unless you're inferring you're Afro West Indian as well?
