I gained over 25 pounds since the quarantine :snoop:

I decided to bounce back even harder, I need to lose close to 40 pounds by december.

I am mainly relying on intermittent fasting but I want to also add cardio to speed up the process.

This machine is only $200 and got good reviews (I can't tell if they are paid reviews or real ones)

any of you ever tried it?

I use the vertical climber every now and then at the gym -- it ain't no joke.

I hate it like I hate the stair-climbing machine. But, they really work.

It's a full-body workout - and a high-calorie burn.

I am looking for something for home use too -- It's either going to be a Stationary Bike or a Rowing Machine.

More then likely going to get a rowing machine, though.

It always gets me back in shape when I fall off - but now I can't go to the gym to work out on one - so I guess I gotta spend the cash.

Versa Climber is supposed to be a really efficient machine. Not sure how much this one differs from that/the one in the video Lebron is using.

I know it looks lame but if it works the whole body I rather do that then do bunch of other shyt

Bought one of these for the crib

Was using the rower at the apartment gym, but some clown broke it and even though I got a gym membership, gyms stay too packed full of annoying people that when I get done with what I get dome im trying to go home.

Main reason I bought it was because of dude in Roadhouse. He swears by it too and was the main cardio machine he said he used to get in shape.

And Lebron and Groggins fukk with it. I thought about buy a rower for my apartment, but the one I want is pretty big/heavy and just seems OD for an apartment.

Found this, ready reviews, now deciding to try it out
