I don't have off street parking but the people who live on the top floor have 1 of 2 parking spots available in their driveway but choose to park one of their cars on the street during a snow emergency in my city.

-People calling you, then when you pick up the phone they're too busy talking to someone else that they dont realize you've answered. I just hang up and dont even answer when they call back
-People who act one way around one person, then act like someone totally different around someone else. Basically, fake people.
-People butting in on your conversations, then trying to cut you off when you're talking or trying to talk over you
-Dumb fukks doing 55 in the left lane. People should have to take driving etiquette courses before they're allowed on highways, especially the interstate
-Chomping ice. That gets me fukking heated
-People asking you if you want something, then when you say no they ask are you sure? or why not? and then ask you the same thing 5 minutes later
