Right now I can run 8-9 minute miles for about 6 miles. I'm trying to become a dedicated runner, and hopefully run my first marathon by January 2014 (ING Marathon in Miami )
I only really run 2-3 times a week due to bad feet. I run a 6 min mile and a 11:40 two mile. I don't run more than that otherwise it will hurt to just walk.
