Why not....? Its one top sold game on this gen and last gen.. It still bring out content till this day. If we're going to use that ideology. Cyberpunk 2077 is not going to count as a next gen PS5/XSX game.

With your illogical statement, I can say GTA VC and SA are the best games of this gen because I can play it on my ps4.

Cyberpunk will count because it will release simultaneously, GTA V on ps4 didn't happen until a year after the ps3 version.

I gotta agree with you on this, I left TLOU1 remastered of my top 10 list of this gen because that IS a PS3 game regardless of it being “slightly” enhanced

It was much better on the PS4, not slightly IMO. But I won't lose sleep over it being called a PS3 game.
