I only played 4 new games this year(Steel Seed; Dispatch, Mafia Old Country, South of Midnight).

I had the most enjoyment with Dispatch, but that's not really a game. So by default, South of Midnight wins.

**1 is a toss up to me. Both expedition 33 and death stranding 2 were absolutely amazing. Both of them deserve GOTY.
