Not an athlete, but seeing what Erik Spoelstra did this year with the roster he had, and how injured that roster has been is pretty spectacular.
This is taking nothing away from Lebron, because there is truth to Lebron being the major factor to the Heatles, but the way it was held together and executed was a big part on Spoelstra.
I know Lebron won one in Cleveland afterward, but that was lead by a two man show. Spoelstra balanced out a very well distributed an offense utilizing three star players evenly.
Speaking of which, dude also has been shown to adapt a great deal by running a different offense in three different eras and has succeeded: Wade's prime offense, Heatles offense, whatever they running right now being possibly good enough to get into the play-offs.
Quite honestly, most coaches I don't think would be able to handle Waiters and Whiteside on the same team without shipping one out, most likely after some shyt goes down.
Even KD said Spo was one of the most underrated coaches he's ever seen.
