Muggsy Bogues

Think of how hard you'd laugh if some 5'3" little guy tried to join your high school team. You would crack up. I ain't never seen no 5'3" man in a high school game.

We're talking about high school. :aicmon:

And here you have a 5'3" baller who plays in the NBA for 14 years, starts over 500 games, finishes with nearly 7,000 career points and 7,000 career assists, over 1300 career steals.

Top-20 all-time in assists in NBA history. Top-50 all-time in steals in NBA history. The GOAT assist-to-turnover ratio in NBA history.

And 39 career blocks. How they hell 39 NBA players get blocked by a guy who 5'3"?

We'll see another Lebron before we see another Muggsy.

Easily TO...top 5 receiver ever and dude might not get into the hall because voters don't like him.

Tony Romo...people rag on his 2 playoff games but if you look at his stats he is pretty much top 25 all time in every category...the narrative is that romo failed to lead the cowboys anywhere but anyone who watches them knows they failed to put a complete team around him...Romo went 8 - 8 playing with the worst statistical defense the cowboys ever had...Drew Brees...who people consider to be a better qb than Romo...went 4 - 12 when he played with the worst statistical qb ever.

Gregg Poppovich and RC Buford...highly praised but it is not nearly enough...no coach and GM combo have done more with less...in the last 20 years the spurs have only ever had 3 lottery picks...Tim Duncan...Lamarcus Aldridge...Pau Gasol...no Kawhi was not a lottery pick...50 wins each year...5 titles...when they hang it up and walk away it will be the end of an era because you will NEVER see that again...you will never see a coach and a GM turn 1 drafted lottery pick and 2 lottery picks who came to the team later in their careers into 50 win seasons and 5 chips...half of orlando team is lottery picks and they can't win 40 games...

Manu...dude is probably the 4th most stanned SG in the last...30 years behind jordan kobe and iverson...Harden's entire game is pretty much Manu on steroids and I am pretty sure he has said Manu is who he modeled his game after...actually a lot of nba players say that which is why I got him as 4th most stanned SG...

I shytted on Billy Donovan but he has been a phenomenal coach since he got here...I think he is better coach than Brad Stevens...by more than a little bit....

Not an athlete, but seeing what Erik Spoelstra did this year with the roster he had, and how injured that roster has been is pretty spectacular.

This is taking nothing away from Lebron, because there is truth to Lebron being the major factor to the Heatles, but the way it was held together and executed was a big part on Spoelstra.

I know Lebron won one in Cleveland afterward, but that was lead by a two man show. Spoelstra balanced out a very well distributed an offense utilizing three star players evenly.

Speaking of which, dude also has been shown to adapt a great deal by running a different offense in three different eras and has succeeded: Wade's prime offense, Heatles offense, whatever they running right now being possibly good enough to get into the play-offs.

Quite honestly, most coaches I don't think would be able to handle Waiters and Whiteside on the same team without shipping one out, most likely after some shyt goes down.

Even KD said Spo was one of the most underrated coaches he's ever seen.
People giving Spoelstra credit for the Heat coming back this season, but he was the same coach that put them in the hole in the first place. :yeshrug:
