FInished the Goggins Audiobook a few weeks ago. I loved it. It’s the same story he’s been telling for years but with a lot more vivid details. He takes you deeper into the story. Despite him calling himself “the baddest man on the planet” you find a lot of weakness and vulnerability all throughout the book. It helps you realize that everything comes with a price, even turning yourself into that Superman version of you. There is also lot of interesting tips for directing your thinking when your trying to push yourself through difficult situations. It’s a great book to listen to or read especially if David Goggins dials into your frequency of thinking.
Right I’m looking for a new book to get into. Been going through personal problems and wouldn’t mind finding something new to get me out of this depression.
