Another thing was teachers trying to micromanage your learning process, like grading your notes, making drafts/peer review 25% of the grade etc

I went to 3 schools out of the 4 years, so I was always the new nikka...

I was also a year younger than everybody else on my grade, so when everybody was getting they license and whips, my ass was still taking the bus

It was actually an OK experience for me all around. The only thing I regret is not getting more involved socially. I was socially awkward and big into MMO's/other video games, so I really was a loner outside of classroom hours.

My first year in HS was at a hood ass school though, so I really didn't enjoy freshman year. Me being a square and somewhat of a nerd pretty much meant that I didn't fit in at all.

As for me, I hated Math class, it wasn't because of the teachers but the subject matter, I was never good at it

Oh ok that sounded tooo much like a Miami Dade school. I'm thinking Carol City, Central, North Miami, Edison or North Miami Beach. I went to North Miami and it was similar to that. Soe big gang fight broke out and there were like 30 fights, police came out with dogs, and etc
