Finally got around to replacing my battery and man does it make a world of difference

AC blowing like a blizzard, headlights blinding ppl, speakers hitting hard

Changed out my struts, tie rods, ball joints, sway bars took me the whole day but boy does that car ride like a cloud now probably rides like how it did in 97’ @Mega @JordanWearinThe45

Update on the impala


So it was overheating so I swapped the radiator and the thermostats.that didnt work

Over the past two weeks i changed the waterpump ,belts ,upoer and lower radiator hoses ,changed out the valve cover gaskets,plugs and wires,de-smogged it put that shyt in the trunk just incase and plugged the manifolds.

Started it up and that bytch still got hot

So that brings me to the inevitable head gasket change. I bought a manual for this thing so i know what to do step by step.i took a set of heads off before for a nova i was gonna bring back to life so i dont think it’ll be too hard.

Getting it detailed inside and out for free. Company next to my work was doing ceiling paint work to their building with a bay door open on a windy day, a bunch of us park next to the fence that runs along their entrance. About 10 of our cars got paint all over them, I had the top down on my car so the inside got some of it too. Owner of the company next door got word of it and is paying for a full inside/out detail wax and wash.

Imma do that today . I’m gonna change the lower ball joint and control arms since I already bought the parts
