Was always into cars. Oil changes and tune ups were simple. My first big job was installing Eibach lowering springs and new shocks and struts. After that I felt confident to do the big brake kits ie slotted rotors etc
Musically the kappa sounded great and was a very tight, accurate sound, but didn’t hit hard at all. This JL though is
turned down all the gains quite a bit and it still goes at least 3x harder than the infinity did
:birdmanrub:Did they do a complete transmission flush or just a drain & fill?Paid $90 for ATF service at a local transmission shop a couple days.
Paid about $60 for Power Steering Fluid service last week.

Thinking bout getting my brakes flushed, fluid looks like it hasn’t been changed in ages. Last thing I need is my master cylinder or brake line going out

How you nikkas learn how to work on cars?![]()
Facts. Internet even 10-15 years ago made shyt so easy. Cause there’s a forum for every car and someone is bound to have had the same problem as you.i learned just from trial and error really. My old neighbor was into cars, so he would help me with the diagnostics. I was doing my own wrenching before the internet. Kids these days don’t know how good they got it lol

I'll probably never be able to work on mine at this scale, but a month or so back I installed a remote starter and swapped all the lights for LEDs on my wife's truck. Crazy how modern cars are all mostly plug-and-play components these days.Changed ignition coils, last week slight increase in gas mileage
Also realized today that my car has driven in 4 different decades![]()
