Anything cooked low and slow is automatic delicious. I'm responsible for cooking chuck roast for thanksgiving and I plan on putting that thang in the oven on 200-250 and just letting it go. Lots of onions and seasoning and then making a gravy with the drippins. I can't wait!I make a roasted pork shoulder that takes about 10 hours in the oven.

But hol' up...how you make your Mac n cheese?

3 different cheeses, cheddar on top, mozzarella in the middle, use another cheese to blend can be anything but I like Colby jack. ... 2 eggs, eyeball the carnation milk but enough so it's moist, breadcrumbs to hold it together like a bake, salt each layer and use elbow (or penne if you're feeling non traditional) noodles, bake until brown on top and bubbly in the middle on 375 in the middle rack.

Buy a loaf of bread, garlic sauce, tomato sauce, italian seasoning, shredded cheese, sausage & pepperoni (or whatever toppings you like) put it in the oven 300-450...I'm assuming you make your own dough, but do you make your own sauce too? I've failed at both![]()
