What dish can you cook the best?

Okay, somebody got some skills. I'm interested.

Mmmmm, this is difficult to execute perfectly, especially if you make your own dumpling dough.

Real talk, cereal goes fukking hard. That milk to cereal ratio has to be perfect.

What makes these pork chops Spanish?

This is a sin against food.

Props. Master it. Stir game has to be trap kitchen level. It's hard to miss with cheese, salt, and fat. I noticed most people enjoy recipes centered around those things. Even if they're not made well.

You win. Less is alway more with salmon. I'm craving salmon now. It's good cold or warm. I prefer eating it for breakfast.


The beginning of many great meals starts with well boiled water.

Interesting. Crushed tomatoes seems to be tomatoe puree mixed with baked and peeled tomatoes blended into a chunky sauce.

Depending on the type of peppers, your recipe might be the most interesting use of pork chops I've read in years.

I'd change the name or add some Spanish staples to it. I'd serve it over Spanish Rice, keep the portions small, and make it colorful. Dope concept for a recipe.

My moms taught me how to cook this meal a long time ago. Its one of those meals you can cook all day and get plenty full because of the tomatoes and rice. I omit the sauce aspect though because its plenty rich without it. Adding the tomato sauce just adds an unneeded richness that the stewed tomatoes already naturally add.

1.
marinade overnite(keep some for tomorrow)
2. cook slow(low-med heat) and long(I'm talking an afternoon *it's harder for you to fukkup*)
3. Keep basting ribs with the left over marinade while cooking to keep the ribs moist
4. Acknowledge ya fukk ups and Improve on em next time

(Note: you won't get the temperature right until you've done it a couple times)​
