I work for your local phone company. Being on the internet as long as it's not blocked, I can be on here all day. I got a 2 screen set up so I can have this on one side and my work on the other side. It's has it's perks but it's a job just like anything else.

I also have the multi-screen setup, but I don't even use it unless I have a meeting or presentation. most times, I use my personal laptop to remote into my work laptop and simply work from my couch.

last job at a hospital, I had the double screen and I used to dedicate one screen for all coli business ONLY.

thats not always the norm though...usually in the places ive worked only people in management have received corporate cards..i traveled a lot in my last job as a coordinator but i never got a card....i used my own card and they would reimburse me after i filled out an expense report :manny:

it depends on the company. I'm not management at all, and I got a corporate card the first day I got this job. however, I know someone who works at the best hospital in the city and she was traveling and had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. personally, having the corporate card is sooooo much more convenient. I have only traveled 3 times in the past year, but I'd be pissed having to pony up all the money up front for flights, meals, and cars and wait to get paid back.
