Only cook these 2 on the grill

Not big on tons of seasoning - most of it burns off anyway. If I'm going to marinade I keep it simple

Salmon - Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Dill, Olive oil (fresh from the garden or dry...dry preferred)

Chicken - Cumin, Salt, Garlic and Onion powder, Cayenne, Lime, Agave, Olive oil (Fresh chopped onions and peppers if I'm marinating)

I buy it from BJs usually, which is like Sam's club if you're not familiar. I always get wild caught.

That shyt has a beautiful color.

That red sockeye, I can’t even fukk with the pink shyt like that no more once I found out why the meat is that color.

I get a bag every trip :wow:

I keep it simple...lemon pepper and orange pepper when I’m baking chicken and chile and lime seasoning when broiling salmon...for both I also lightly apply salt as well as garlic/onion powder but very sparingly
