It depends on what I’m making but as a standard I use the below.

I use the following for salmon:

Celery salt
Coriander powder
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chilli powder
Sometimes ground ginger

For chicken I can use the same with the additional:

Ground all spice
Ground clove
Paprika
Dry thyme

I also use the fresh version of all the above ingredients especially when making gravy, but for a simple fried version the powder seasoning is fine.

I don’t use pre mixed seasonings because of the salt content and many of those same ingredients I use anyway minus the salt.

Is there any replacement for the soy sauce? I don't rock with any soy products.
Use black pepper and garlic powder

Bake

Make a glaze of sweet chili sauce, honey, and soy sauce

Apply glaze after baking 15 mins, bake another 5

You’re welcome

lemon, black pepper, paprika

I know some people use mayonnaise with those but I really didn't see that as really working when it came to mine

It depends on what kind I’m baking. I like to marinate usually with some sort of baste like teriyaki, buttermilk, sweet and sour, honey bbq, jerk, hot sauce, etc. As far as seasoning goes Lawrys, and garlic, and pepper are the base. I’ll add other seasoning depending on what Kind of chicken I’m making. Lemon pepper, garlic wine, onion, oregano, rosemary, cayenne, chili, paprika, etc. just depends.

Fresh squeezed lemon first on both.

For chicken it varies, but my go to is lemon pepper, garlic and onion.

For salmon my go to is old bay, salt, pepper, and a slice of lemon on top.

I wanna jump on this salmon wave. The Macros must be crazy:whoo: What brands y'all buy and from where?

Ok I'm glad I'm not alone on this. I put them shyts on everything, especially that garlic sauce.

Chicken, I put salt, pepper, garlic powder, tumeric and a little curry

Salmon - salt, pepper, and siracha sauce or basil and thyme if I don't want it too spicy.
