What do y'all use to season your chicken or salmon

It's Fuego.... the only ones I don't really mess with are garlic and xx....

I prefer the sauce over the marinade...and just keep basting throughout....

Lemon & herb or Mango Lime for basting ...than hit it with the mild when I'm eating

U normally grill or bake or saute with this sauce?

i usually buy chicken thats in a marinade already, caesar or cajun or whatever. then i cook it in this shyt

Where do u find chicken already in a marinade? Like is it in a plastic sack?
those 'butcheries' that just sell meat and shyt, they have chicken and steak vacuum sealed into 1, 2 pound bags soaking in marinades. shyt is :ahh: spicy cajun, italian dressing

or the supermarket i go to has it too, off to the side. market basket

For Chicken: Lawry's season salt or McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning, Ms Dash, Paprika, Sea Salt, Pepper, Italian seasoning.

For Salmon: Obey, Paprika, Pepper, Sea Salt.

Choice for Marinate: Lawry's Herb &White Wine, Herb & Garlic, Sesame Ginger, or Grace Jerk seasoning. Lemon and honey for Salmon.
