U normally grill or bake or saute with this sauce?It's Fuego.... the only ones I don't really mess with are garlic and xx....
I prefer the sauce over the marinade...and just keep basting throughout....

For chicken it varies, but my go to is lemon pepper, garlic and onion.
For salmon my go to is old bay, salt, pepper, and a slice of lemon on top.
