What do you consider a comfortable salary to be?

i don't know if there is really an answer to this question. i live in nyc and i always wanna make more.

i never go hungry and always have clean clothes, but i'm also terrible with money. so i'd say like $150K

I would be comfortable now with 65k. Now thats because my wife already has a nice job making 50k so with our combined incomes we would be stright. If I was a single I would say probably 70-75k..

lot of factors. what part of the country u live in? how many people are u taking care of. how much debt/student loans u got. lots of factors.
