What do you consider to be "black"

Honest question, do you consider biracials to be black?

Depends, if they want to be called black then I'll call them that. If not, I'll call them biracial or hell even white if that's what they truly want.

at least 1 full black parent and 1 biracial parent will get you the righ to at least claim blackness, but even that is up for debate. those types are somewhere between black and mixed. i don't claim biracials as black. they have their own races.

black and biracial aren't mutually exclusive. I might see somebody as being biracial before anything else but for societal reasons, they can be considered black too if they look black enough.

And I don't consider quadroons or lower to be black, they look white enough that they don't have the life experience of a black man or woman.

Depends on the upbringing, mixed and raised by white parent is very different to mixed and raised by a black parent.
