steve kerr?
john paxson?

and for the record, I do recall pippen hitting a game-winner, only to be yelled at by Jordan for taking the shot.

Yea I kind of touched on that here.

What type of game winning shot was it?

Pip's my man but I don't believe he ever hit a shot like that in the finals let alone close out a series with one like Kyrie did in oakland, although that's the kind of thing that's expected from the #1 overall pick.

At some point you guys have to let go of this animosity towards Mr. Mickington he changed the game overnight and this is the thanks he gets?

i think it was probably a regular season game.

that's not my point tho. the point is, Jordan was a ball-hog & a selfish player.

that's not LeBron's game. hes an unselfish point-forward. meanwhile, everybody that played with Jordan, had their best years without him.

Lebron's a great dynamic player hopefully he'll realize that bum Kevin Love almost cost him his throne!

For Lebron to be apart of the GOAT conversation is already enough for me. He will never surpass Jordan as the GOAT, simply because fans have put Jordan on an unreachable plateau. Yet, it could be argued that at this point in Jordan's career, he had 3 rings......the same as Lebron.

And it can't be argued lebron played 13 seasons at the same point in their career to Jordan's 8

Kareem is the Greatest basketball player ever to me

- Dominated every level, HS/College/NBA
- Was drafted to An expansion team entered the league the previous season and turned them around instantly(26 wins to 56 wins and the conference final). The next year leads them to a title with one of the most dominant teams in history.
- Won with multiple different coaches, in multiple systems, in different eras as the 1,2 and 3.

You left out his 6 MVP awards and holding the record for winning finals MVP awards 14 years apart, as well as retiring the all time leading scorer and shot blocker, which he might still be on top of if blocks and steals were actually counted during his first 4 seasons. Then again, Russell and wilt are credited with 0 career blocks themselves.

He's nowhere near being the GOAT :russell:

With that being said, he definitely helped his legacy and just might be able to be top 10 GOAT.
