I tie peace of mind to happiness. It's when I'm stress free, living the life I want to live, being the person I want to be, doing the things I want to do. Its when I'm in a good place financially, physically, mentally, and emotionally with nothing to threaten any of their well being. All four of the things I mentioned previously must be in sync for me to have peace of mind. If any one of them is off, stress/concern/worry enter the picture and I no longer have peace of mind.
