This movie borderlines on funny and ridiculously retarded. I can see why it won Razzies.

i saw it when I was 17..I was high as fukk and I laughed so fukking hard....havnt seen it since tho...

but then again, it was typical Tom Green, hes one guy you either love (as alot of my friends did) or hate(I honestly wasnt a big fan of his show, thought it was terrible...) but under the influence, hes usually funny

Dumb and Dumber is a fukking classic and has a genuine funny script and actors...Larry the cable guy health inspector is a terrible fukking piece of shyt that is only laugh out loud funny because its just so fukking ridiculous that it overwhelms the senses....
