If you had one weight to pick for dumbbells to do all your exercises, what weight would you pick?

I’m thinking 50.

Most folk ain't curling 50's. Ideally if you only had one weight I'd say go with 35 for most excercises. Benching will be the only downside.

Not sure what a right answer would be. :patrice:

50s would be too light for everything except arms. 35s would too light for everything except some arms and rear delts.

Damn, where u get them from
I'm in jersey and a warehouse of gym equipment selling for $2/lb. Found them on Instagram, saw they also bought a gym in new york and were getting rid of all the equipment there. Recently saw a post of dude in florida.

If you look on facebook marketplace or whatever it's called you should find people selling dumbbells.

But if you have like 30s you can still get a good workout in.

This guy's workouts have definitely changed my physique in the past year plus.

His home workouts are good if all you have are a pair of low weight dumbbells.

Imo I’d rather get resistance bands, way cheaper than dumbbells, do the same work and are more flexible.

Especially rn when everything is overpriced

Have a pair of Powerblocks and love them. Great dumbbells that you can adjust up to 90lbs with extensions.
