You are joking right. Nearly all the student athletes at my high school ended up going to ivy leagues and top 20 schools as student athletes. Nearly all of them participated in Science Olympiad, Science bowl ,the Intel science fare (before it got replaced), and the goodle science fair. You have to be a huge nerd to participate in those events. Just go to your local science olympiad meet and see what I mean :francis:. A good majority of them scored above a 27 on the ACT and above a 2000 on the SAT. These people were nerds but ranked athletes. I didn't go to a small high school either. The high school I went to is ranked number 1 in Alabama and top 20 nationally. We had tons of student athletes who were nerds.... like actual dungeons and dragons nerds who ended up going to D1 schools as athletes. Just because the nerds at your high school were flabby doesn't mean that it's like that elsewhere. Times have changed breh.
Go to low class schools brehs :mjlol:.

Thanks for the information I didn't ask for.

But you should know being smart and or liking once obscure hobbies (thanks internet) doesn't make someone a "nerd," hence the quotations. It's also eye roll inducing when people go on about being a nerd. True nerds are called incels these days, not normal dudes who just so happen to partake in some rpgs.

He's not a square because he speaks well (from what you'll are saying, I've never actually heard) or whatever. He's taking care of another man's seed. That's the epitome of square. Didn't Ciara make him put a ring on it before he could smash or something like that as well ?

See rgiii is corny to me, Wilson a square but he’s not corny IMO. You can be both, but they are definitely different.

You went to en exceptional school or bulshytting because that’s not the profile of the majority of athletes outside of those who are at prep/very good high schools where they’re there for academics in the first place

Damn, that's different from my experience in HS. I was in a ton of AP and Honors classes in HS and none of basketball players and only 1-2 football players were taking those type courses.

Now some of the major sport athletes got good grades (in regular classes), but they weren't in the top 5% of the class. The smartest kids would be on the swim or volleyball teams (sports you didn't have to be good at to make the squad).

This was the 90's tho.

:why:Incels are losers. Nerds are people that are smart in subjects that are usually obscure/difficult such as STEM. Back in the day nerds were IT personel or kids that were really good at math. Think of Asian kids in high school that always win chess competitions or regional math competitions. You are describing geeks. Gamers and people who have interest in a specific subject that really isn't important are geeks (comic book geek, video game geek etc.). Some incels can be nerds if they are smart, though. You can be a nerd and a normal person that plays sports. I guess that to you everyone at Cal tech is an incel since it's filled with nerds that are extremely good at Math and Science right? Incels don't even do anything during their free time nor are they talented in anything, what makes them nerds again :mjlol:. Just stop breh :stopitslime:.

Yea it's different nowadays. A lot of parents want to give their kids the best chance at attending college nowadays. You might have two doctors who will push their kids into sports early on so that he or she can get a scholarship as a student athlete at a prestigious school like an Ivy league of Stanford (on top of doing well academically). Back in the day the same parents would just make sure that their kid did well academically in order to attend a university like an Ivy.

I went to L.A.M.P that is the norm over there. I know more schools like this in my state that were like this. Vestavia hills, Mountain brook, Spain Park etc. This was in Alabama of all places so idk what you're talking about man. A lot of athletes at these schools ended up going to top 30 schools at student athletes from what I saw. A lot of them were also nerds.
