I asked myself, what would I rather listen too,

Promise>>>>Me, Myself and I, Crazy In Love, Single Ladies, Etc :manny:
No hate, just my opinion. I can't speak for everyone else. To each it's own. I didn't really follow ciara's career but I did hear awhile back people didn't like what she did with justin, but like I said i'm going by my musically interest.

oh no doubt don't get me wrong, I agree with you with the bolded, but i'm just saying..single ladies and crazy in love are memorable songs. They're the songs that first pop into your head when you think of a beyonce a song (crazy in love = black folk, single ladies = white folk)

I dunno bout y'all, but I think that if Ciara can dance like that, then her cowgirl game must be crazy. She probably could ride a cockk real well :shaq:

the fukk are you talking about? :childplease:

single ladies maybe? crazy in love? smh you nikkas need to be quiet sometimes

and ciara's switch up from clean dance choreographed safe rnb songs to straight up gyrating sex songs was too drastic. And she came off extra desperate in that justin timberlake song. She appealed to hoodrats and dusty nikkas and they will :childplease: at any black female grinding up on some white cornball. And white people think that extra sexed up rnb, especially when the black singer is :noah: status is corny and makes them uncomfortable so she really shot herself in both feet. See, with Beyonce its kool in all sectors to say she is beautiful because she is safe and she has 0% sex appeal. She's like disney beautiful, and thats where these other rnb singers fukk up. Why'd you think people got so mad at Beyonce for that video phone video? cos she actually was sexy in it

What he means is Beyonce doesn't have any dope songs like Ciara. Oh, Promise, Ride etc....All her albums have Aaliyah type joints that u could actually bump

maybe Beyonce on her first album a couple of joints. But Ciaras music was better. Unless ur a faggit or a 14 year old fat black girl

Her 15 minutes is up.

The music industry is a fickle industry one minute you can be the hottest thing out and a few years later you can be irrelevant

Nah I think same thing that killed Ciara killed Keri Hilson....that Ride song wuz too sexual and seemed to desperate for a lot of her fanbase....icant think of the keri song that talked about havin the kinda puzzy that keep u out the streets where she licked a door:russ:......but they both caught a lot of heat for that and ain't been the same since....I really don't think every female rnb artist can pull that off....it can be done but if it seeems at all like a desperate attempt for attention u gon catch hate as a woman.....better make sure its a classic record and ur career ain't on the downturn before u do it.

yeah i agree with that too, but the r kelly thing is pretty bad too, i think these rnb chicks hangout with hip hop dudes in the studio and socially so they start forgetting that their real target market if they want to sell is 15 year old white girls

i think the same thing happened with olivia and teirra mari, not so much the sexuality but them coming out with songs with profanity that hip hop dudes think is cool, but will not really cross over, rita ora, for example, should have never had a song called party and bullshyt, i bet that was jay-z's idea

I don't know,I think people underestimate the power of a black female fanbase....when Keisha Cole wuz poppin she wuznt tryna crossover but wuz doin multiplatinum numbers....people wonder why and how jcole, wale, lupe sellin like they do,they have black female fanbases for whatever reason....as long as a female rnb artist can make songs that connect with black female fanbases, and make them tfee like u one of they friends or make them wish they wuz ya friend u gon be alright:laff:....that Sponsor song wuz like the Single Ladies white people didn't know about, but her video wuz mysteriously banned from BET and she never followed up...her team coulda played that banning to her advantage if they made more noise about it...hoodrats mighta rallied around her cause:russ:

And Olivia wuz just plain wack,I don't think she ever had a chance really.

One thing I can't figure out is do a female rnb singers looks matter to women? Seems like if u pretty but come across coo and make sure u humble urself so not to seem arrogant they'll embrace u like in real life...u would think a relatable big black chick would be succesful but I don't see that?

hmm none of the people you mentioned are superstars or sell a lot of records relatively speaking, not even keisha cole, if anything keri hilson and ciara have come down to the level of keisha cole, jcole and wale which is why they are considered done, none of the people you mentioned have had any impact on the mainstream, ciara actually has for a couple of minutes

i think what you are talking about is having some sort of career and doing shows, thats what the rnb fan base will get you, but you need the bieber demographic to be a superstar

with teirra marie it isnt even the sponsor song it was her first song on rocafella that fuked up her career, im not saying its wack, i think its dope but im a hop hop dude, using a rakim beat and using profanity ensured it wouldnt cross over even though on a hip hop level it was dope, you can tell it was jay-z behind it, just like he was behind rita ora's party and bullshyt, its not gonna work

olivia isnt great but she's ok, but she is surrounded by too many hip hop people to make a proper pop song

you gotta come out like rihanna or destiny's child, with sweet shyt
