I don't know,I think people underestimate the power of a black female fanbase....when Keisha Cole wuz poppin she wuznt tryna crossover but wuz doin multiplatinum numbers....people wonder why and how jcole,wale,lupe sellin like they do,they have black female fanbases for whatever reason....as long as a female rnb artist can make songs that connect with black female fanbases,and make them tfee like u one of they friends or make them wish they wuz ya friend u gon be alright....that Sponsor song wuz like the Single Ladies white people didn't know about,but her video wuz mysteriously banned from BET and she never followed up...her team coulda played that banning to her advantage if they made more noise about it...hoodrats mighta rallied around her cause
And Olivia wuz just plain wack,I don't think she ever had a chance really.
One thing I can't figure out is do a female rnb singers looks matter to women? Seems like if u pretty but come across coo and make sure u humble urself so not to seem arrogant they'll embrace u like in real life...u would think a relatable big black chick would be succesful but I don't see that?

the oversaturation of low quality jazze phé works with everyone material.
after she became a consistent pop performer in his first drawing envelope.
plus his notable absence, after his draw was played out.
on her second album,..promise was such a distinct turn into a unique sonic direction.
no one, in rnb and not even her was able to create music with the same direction.
to the point even the r kelly remix to promise was ruined in the mixing stage.
taking the sonic hum of the original promise and its distinct sound from the remix.
when the album promise had no other material in that direction. she lost her fanbase.
as the fanbase was used to jazzyphe' making material.
that drew in a number of different avenues.
with a series of well put together total package drawing versatile marketed accessible singles.
so when promise had no records to expand sonically.
or how innovative and distinctive promise was.
plus could not keep up the sonic direction and next level edge promise proposed.
by, promise being the first single direction wise, for the secon album.
she ruined her draw firmly on the third album.
by pulling a failed janet route to draw with justin timberlake.
which killed both of their urban permeation.
plus, the third album only had like a surgeon.
which was true to her real vibe and direction wholeheartedly as an artist.
then the next fukk up was for the vid for ride.
as ride, was made in the continuation of the series of vids like oh.
which came before she was corralling records that were big on music soundtracks.
plus people like beyounce stole her like a boy song and vid concept.
where the public got it misconstrued and gave false credit to beyounce erroneously.
afte the video for ride ruined her once little girl can dance draw.
by it being banned on bet. while being an incredible, draw in the urban radio landscape.
the pr for the ssw mixtape with the dirty version to ride. never permeated,..then the tracklisting to the major label release missed the inclusion of the dirty version of ride.
plus, her better records that should have been on the major label from the mixtape.

she was never able to recover.
ciara is my favorite solo rnb artist, of this 2ooo's gen,...but as a fan i definately know where and how her career was driven off of its pathway to success.

Females just don't usually last long in the music industry. From Ciara to Keri to Lil Mo to Christina Milian to Ashanti to Keyshia Cole to Mya etc. most chicks only have a one or two year run of being hot. It's a shame because some women actually make some decent music that should be heard by the masses. It's like now though sex sells but it can only be so many black chicks at one time being sexy and pushed on the radio and the internet. Watch in another year we gonna be saying the same thing about Nicki.

that expands on why they no longer are a draw.

interwoven in their pop culture permeation. so most of these artist, if they are not really indepth.

i don't really know if i like this.
as she has way better i am heartbroken records.
the heartbroken record on promise and the yearning for your love records on the last albums and mixtape were better.
plus, they were original in scooe and not a mixtape lift of past obvious hits.
i like it cause it is ciara, but ciara does not work with a love interest in video either.
as her record with bow wow never did real well and her failed attempt with justin never worked either.
ciara is a the height of her draw in a janet all alone by herself warehouse aesthethic.
or a feminine tough dance cheroegraphy set by herself with simple props.
or flanked by a male dancer in a dominatrix dominating aesthetic.
ciara is not a visually soft artist that is malleable like janet on a beach, with a love interest in escapade.
