fukk outta here. He wasn't rushed back.

dude is just a bum. Can't believe we took that clown first over Bridgewater.
Clowney Struggling with Complicated, Less Common Knee Injury
^instead of just shutting him down they went for the quick fix and he ended up having to have microfracture surgery.

he's still raw as a pass rusher but according to pro football focus hes as good of a run defender on the edge as there is in the nfl.

he was forced to play with a really bad injury that ended up causing him to have microfracture surgery. that is literally the DEFINITION of being rushed back.

Yu guys are blaming it on injury but the guy never had the drive to be great. It was invident in South Carolina when he was always "out". He's doin the same shyt now in Houston.
Yep.

Truly ELITE players would never choose to sit out games in college like he did.

I never remember JJ Watt missing games at Wisconsin because he didnt want to risk an injury

I'll wait until next year. The injury has slowed him but i'll admit, it's not looking good. I knew he was never going to be as great as the hype tho :yeshrug:

Never been a fan of Jadaveon Clowney. I'll give him next year to see what he's made of but you don't spend your #1 pick on defensive ends and they should have learned that with Mario Williams (who was a better player). They could have traded back (and suggested that they do that in that draft thread). They could have gotten guys like Kelvin Benjamin, Sammy Watkins, Khalil Mack, Blake Bortles, ODB and got more picks, this is not a team that was 1 player away, they needed contributors in multiple positions.
