1. The shift from Warner to Atlantic, stalled most of all the artists who had deals
2. He had legal trouble
3. outside of Wale, all of the Atlantic releases have performed poorly.

It's not some Meek Mill hate..... You ever wonder how/why sites like Datpiff.com get to exclusively host a particular rappers mixtape and then somehow get "swamped" with traffic and their servers seem to not work for awhile?

You got a point, Wiz has like three or four tapes in DatPiff's top ten downloads/listens ever...

Anyone can have their mixtape be an "exclusive" on DatPiff for 75$...

It honestly just comes down to their server size. When Facebook was just starting out it used to crash all the time. Now Facebook has their own army of servers so their shyt never fails. A site like datpiff is likely running off of a shared server or maybe one of their own.

Datpiff isn't just starting... it's been around for over 10 years breh....it's not like they're running off projectcovo servers.

Y'all overstate Meeks stature a lot. Dude didn't have the impact when he dropped to withstand a 3 yr hiatus, and with MMG basically on the decline, he doesn't get the "on GP" sales boost that they were all getting in 2010-2012...his buzz is gone, that doesn't mean he still doesn't have fans, but non fans couldn't care less where he's at. He definitely needs a huge single or a monster project (EP, mixtape, album, whatever) to get ppl checking for him
