bruh fight night champion was good but weak compared to Fight night 4 and 3... 4 was the best in my opinion..

but champion was the LEAST realistic ever.. man I played online as tyson and someone was Ali and he knocked me out in 2 straight jabs :stopitslime:

fight night 4 was the perfect mix of fight night 3 and champion.. you could still get gassed easy if you threw wild punches, but I liked the counter punching way better in round 4 than champion

I gotta disagree with 3 being more realistic than champion. It had no inside fighting and that parry shyt was horrible. With FN4 the characters weren't leveled out properly. That was my biggest complaint. I think they had Tyson at 89 and several notches lower than Ali when Tyson had several attributes that rank ahead of Ali like power for example. At least FN champion got that shyt right. I normally used the analog or the setting that used analog with the buttons and punches would be more fluid and diverse (for ex: crouching overhand rights) Buttons only didn't really allow you to do that.

I still feel champion was the most realistic even though if you're a real boxing fan it's nowhere near as real and as good as you'd want it to be. I did like how they made you be able to control how hard you hit somebody with that power tuner for punches. Even then Ali shouldn't be able to knock anybody out with 2 hard jabs, but everyone's experience is different. FN4 did fix and get a lot of shyt right tho.

If I had to rank them it'd prolly be
FN Champion
FN4 (or a tie with Champion)
FN3
FN2

So the reason they can't make a legit boxing simulator is because they gotta pay real boxers to put them in the game?

With boxing being so down right now there isnt any reason to keep releasing those games. Its going to include the same fighters everyone has already played as minus maybe 3 folks. Is there anyone else worth adding to the heavyweight division?

They can wait until like 3 years into the new generation when the install base is pretty large and then release a new game with graphics that make everyone give the series a look again.

Boxing has been pretty good in the year of 2013 and the last one they put out was in 2011.

Heavyweight Division roster wouldn't change much (although I'd love for Holmes to finally get in the game)

but the other division's rosters could definitely increase.

Danny Garcia
Adonis Stevenson
Sergio Martinez
Amir Khan (his chin would be horrible lol)
Adrien Broner
Ruslan Provodnikov
Brandon Rios
GGG
Mikey Garcia
Canelo Alvarez (just imagine how low his stamina ranking would be lol)

All those young new names would be great additions and those were just off the top of my head.

lol they gave Tyson that Glass Joe chin even though he could actually take a punch really well. Nobody ever dropped Mike with 1 or 2 punches

Fight night legends?? With all the champions and best boxers since the beginning of last century..
Breh fifa, NHL, madden and nba 2k14 are all the same games with the same players with minor tweaks and updates in the rosters.. so thats no excuse not to make another fight night

and they can make some new modes aswell.. imagine boxing it out in ancient rome in the colliseum.. they can also make a new story mode like in champion.. I loved that shyt

shyt, I still play fight night champion. shyt was prolly the most realistic boxing game ever.

A lot of nikkas liked FN3 because they game mechanics let you get away with a lot of bullshyt. That parry/counter shyt was horrible and nikkas would want to throw 200 punches a round without getting tired. Game was still dope tho. Cats tried to play like that in the later versions and ending up getting knocked out after draining their stamina in the early rounds.

They definitely need to make a new one.
Basically

I liked Champion because of the story mainly. Fight night lost me when it started having to use the analog sticks to throw punches. You could still use the buttons but the power on those were less effective. So people started stick mashing instead of button mashing which was even worse. I

I liked the buttons because I could throw exactly what I want when I wanted to. I still won with my style but shyt was a lot more difficult. And then when the Parrying shyt I basically tossed it into the bushes until Champion....

Knockout Kings >>>> Fight Night in my opinion

And y'all must not be boxing fans to think boxing is down, especially under UFC. Boxing had a great year JUST this year alone. A lot of divisions need to pick up but that's about it.

I like MMA and practiced something's but compared to boxing, I don't see it. Especially now since GSP and Silva is done. They losing a lot of major stars..

But it'll always be around if white dudes like to get drunk and watch people try to knock each other out. Or as long as everyone who does BJJ think they're Gods gift to fighting... Just my opinion, but it's like quantity vs. quality
