Let me frank with you: because white people have zero interest in doing whats right, they will find anything to deflect off the issue at hand. There are two ways to go about this. He brings attention to civil rights situations that NEVER would see the light of day. There is no real reason to disdain him. They just resort to name calling like calling him a "race peddler", "race baiter" "hustler" or buffoon but rarely bring up an actual situation.

To me the only major accomplishment Sharpton has is the weight loss.
