Managed to squat 235 pounds as it's been a decade since I even reached to level, my next goal is to reach 185 in beach again and exceed that.

The final lesson I got from my wise Brehntor which was the harshest and most painful of them all as he severed my dependency on Brehntorship
was to realize that not all are worthy of discovering The Whey 
and if you have been blessed to have the path illuminated to you at the least, then you best not fukk up cause you will be cast to wilderness to find your way back to The Light....

I’m 37 and can now run 3 miles in 24:30 seconds.
I struggled earlier in the year to do that in 32 minutes.
Lost 17 pounds since july,
Really just going low carb, close to Keto diet.

Finally got my weight down to under 200 for the first time in 6/7 years
Lost roughly 25 lbs this year
Stopped partying and drinking which is probably my biggest accomplishment.
Overall, my body feels much better and I’m excited to keep grinding til I get to my goal (180, 10% BF)
