Tapatio on Mexican

Siracha on Asian

Louisiana on Fried Chicken

Tabasco/Crystal on oysters

I use Tiger sauce which is a mix of sweet & sour w/ hot sauce. This is for fried fish, shrimp and oysters.

Red Rooster is used if I want to use regular hot sauce.

There’s way better local/independent varieties but of those it’s nice even a contest. People use that thin watered down ass hot sauce? Sriracha has far more flavor than any of that other national shyt. Marie sharps is great also for national brands
