La Victoria for tacos and burritos. Has a thicker consistency like ketchup. Not the typical watery bullshyt like most hot sauces.

and this Asian garlic hot sauce. If you want a GREAT flavor with real spice, this is the one. That garlic sets it off perfectly. Prolly the most pure flavor of any hot sauce I’ve ever tried. I’m not a fan of all these vinegary sauces. They’re all trash. And this shyt will have you huffing air if you go overboard.

Simple math. In Louisiana people who like cayenne based sauces are split between Crystal and Louisiana. Then you have some people who prefer Tobasco. Meanwhile that Sriracha is running unopposed across the country which is why it’s winning everywhere.

In Mississippi the percent of people who prefer Crystal is probably much smaller than in Louisiana, so the Louisiana sauce consolidates those votes and beats Sriracha.

Long story short, Sriracha is going to win in any place where the vote is split on cayenne based sauces.
