I think your coming at this the wrong way fam, but you have a point. If we are to believe that this story is even true then the real question is this.
Why would a all knowing deity that knows the past, present and future purposely create Lucifer knowing in advance that he would become this being we call Satan only to throw him into hell later on? you have to ask yourself if you knew before you laid down and had sex with a girl that your kid would grow up and be responsible for killing millions of people would you still have sex with her? I think we all know the answer to that. If your mother gets raped and killed and I told you that I knew the guy was going to do that a year and advance and I did nothing too stop it am I responsible? the answer is I would be in jail.

The Gnostics say that the god in the Old Testament is really Satan and Jesus had to posses a serpent in order to help free Adam and Eve from "prison" or Eden. Which explains why other humans already exist when they finally leave.

There was a movement in christianity called the "gnostics" that proposed this.

Essentially, you'd never be able to tell the difference and thus the god of the bible is actually the bad guy in the story.
