When G-unit first came out. Banks had more charisma and swag than Juelz. Streets was rocking with him and the unit harder. He was the breakout star of G-unit

....jayz and fab are 5 times as charismatic as Banks on the mic,and prime hov was 10 times more witty with the ability of spitting game and real shyt
....fab slightly better in that dept.....they equally as boring in interviews with jay getting a pass bcuz he has made hinself into a larger than life figure THROUGH his raps....u get on a certain level people hang on your words bcuz of who u are has them 
,jays raps have given him that ability.....Fab and Banks havent so cant be compared in terms of personality....but yeah if banks had more charisma with his RAPS he'd be Fab....if he had more charisma in interviews as well we would ask the same questions we ask about Fab..."why isnt fab bigger
