Real simple. I always wanted to but wasnt ready. It wasnt until my health started to really decline, anxiety attacks, being depressed, was stressed out with college and my life around that time and unfortunately seeing people who were around the same age as me pass away from health issues, that made me make FORCE exercise and become more health conscious.
Dont wait til your health starts declining to start taking care of yourself. Seriously. I feel like exercising has made me a bit more secure with myself and my body. I dont feel like i need validation. Its also made me realize how America revolves around pushing insecurity to the masses to keep them controlled. One of the goals is to learn how to manage your insecurities to stay consistent in the gym because you WILL be tested. You dont have to look like gym guy or like you work out to work out. Its about being healthy so you dont have to be taking prescription pills for high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and etc. Having muscles or someone looking like they work out or is thin DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE HEALTHY.
Just find the time. It could just walking down the block, down and up the stairs 50 times, pushups, and etc. You dont need to gym to exercise. All you need is discipline and the courage. I dont understand how so many folks can be lazy and shyt when they have calisthenics parks where all you have to do is just show up. Like lets stop making excuses. Theres hundreds and thousands of ways to exercise IF YOU WANT TO. Ride a bike, jumprope, theres too much shyt.
