While on the subject, which insurance allows no proof of garaging?
Progressive. I was driving someone else's car a few years ago and got in a minor accident. I rear ended someone

Progressive took care of everything even went above and beyond. Person I hit got a payout of 11K but my insurance didn't go up.
Safe to say I'm sticking with progressive for life.

There is statue of limitations of up 3-5 years and they can surbrogate to try to recover money from your direct insurance if you provided the guys insurance carrier your policy info.
