a woman should expect that in ANY relationship whether she makes more or not, or its not going to work. the reason is men dont really care about how much a woman makes. we dont date women just because they make a certain amount of money. (unlike women with men) he will chunk the deuces with the quickness
to a woman who feels she doesnt need to respect the mans wishes because she makes more money.

if you cant submit to a man just because of money, you arent wifey material anyway IMO. a good woman knows a mans worth isnt just his wallet, and will work hard to keep a good man around, and vice versa.

The problem is thinking that your purpose or role in a relationship is tied to any one set of actions. A woman with a job and a man with the same job/same pay are still TWO different people...they bring different energies to the relationship and should provide balance to one another. People, black folks especially, benefit from good partnerships. Yes, you can be successful on your own, but you can get there twice as fast with someone who has the same vision/goal as you.
