They're pretty much in the same spot the Rockets were post-Yao pre-Harden. Have a bunch of solid players and future 1st's, but aren't good enough to contend and aren't bad enough to get a high pick in the draft. Just stockpiling young players and assets as they go hoping to be able to flip them into a star at some point.

i was in my hotel depressed when kaminsky went 9 and winslow dropped to 10. that was damn near the only scenario that coulda happened that made me happy if the sully or bradley for 9 trade fell through. i had my phone and internet off and heard roziers name through my earmuffs..i literally looked up and said what the fukk?
we coulda had him at like 25..we pass on portis/anderson/grant etc...then we get hunter and a bootleg of another legit name at PG later? hunter is okay but both picks signal a trade that im not going to be fond of or a logjam of trash that means lobo and sully are still on the squad..
