That dual income without kids must be :banderas:

I remember my sister and her husband without kids making great wages that glow

Now she got 3 kids and only he works that struggle

Same here. Hit a bad point in my life making $30k with no benefits (and tons of stress) then jumped to where I'm at now making $65k with benefits and no kids. With me being married, things are good. Together, we at $120k. I have no school debt note credit card balances. I have a car loan.

Things looking up, my salary (and workload) will increase by $20k I hope and "we will move to the deluxe apt in the sky." But really, we're looking at a 3 bedroom house.

To answer the question, I'm good with 90k to 100k esp in DC.

Just need to find a chick that's fine, has a good job, loves to have sex and doesn't want kids then I'd be set :ohlawd:

I make less than the average 6 figure coli brigade.

But my monthly bills are just 975. Got a house in runaway bay Jamaica

I travel 4 times a year, I don't club, drink, get a line up at the barber every week. Don't buy expensive clothes, shoes videogames.

Once I work from home, I'll be living by the beach on a cheap island , where the average person of that country makes like 300 a month

Whatever allows you to live comfortably. Not excessively, comfortably.

For me? I think that runs in the range 40-50K. Do I make that? No. But if I did, knowing my spending habits and so on, I'd be :banderas:

But all that might change based on where I move to, and the cost of living there, etc.

Yeah, its cool but we are saving vigorously (for the house and furnishing) so it all evens out.
Pay Yourself First is my household's mantra, brehski.

Being black in Miami is no joke if you want to live decent. These spics got this sewn up. However, I am taking a crack at this Account Executive position for a janitorial business and see where it takes me.
