I do better when a republican is in office, ever since I started making good money. There have been no benefits as of late what the democrats have done, that target my specific demographic.
To the extent there are more conservatives, it is due to a targeted dismantling of the educational system, and constant coordinated propaganda by right wing media, foreign influence, "think tanks", right wing billionaires, etc.
However, despite that, when you poll policy positions progressive ones are more popular. People are distracted (intentionally) with culture war nonsense so that they don't focus on what actually matters.
