I think he would do better somewhere else. He's the 5th or 6th option where he's at and I think he would thrive as the 2nd or 3rd option in a place like Cleveland.

bogut is an expiring tho. and lee still gets u 18 and 10 and his game isnt predicated on athleticism.

They signed Bogut to an extension before the season started. Bogut & Iggy have terrible deals in my opinion. Bogut can't stay healthy for an entire year & Iggy is on the wrong side of his career for what he'll be making at the end of his deal. Unless Golden State is ready to go into the luxery tax & pay like the Russian they'll have to give up Barnes or Klay or both.

bogut deal was always contigent on his health, or lack thereof. iggy deal... it looked much better in retrospect

Barnes contract ends simultaneously with iggy's. So they're aight with Barnes. Klay might be a different story but regardless GS control the fate of both players. When Iggy leaves, Barnes should be well seasoned and ready to step in and take over. Iggy is well condition, I think he'll honor that contract well to the end of it.

U remember Michael Finley before dirk became who he is? He was a beast. Harris stop can't even create his own offense. We all saw what happened to him at unc when Kendall Marshall got injured...

nah, it seemed like a bamma pressed to spend their money & settled on a pair of air Pegasus when the kd's he really wanted were sold out.

either way, I been wanted barnes off the "beige at best brothers" shooting sideshow.
