no tv...... i got cali nikkas/friends/fam. La, sacremento to name both regions and i agree northern cali is def different than southern. northern mexicans aint on that racial shyt .. actually imo oakland is more hood than LA. my cali brethren when they on my side stay wit me and vice versa. my own cousin is a swan. i say the same shyt to him when we talk shyt about each others coast.
real life example: (this may or may not still apply)13's taggin Nk in swan hood. his excuse is that them nikkas beef wit the coast not them
13's in his words is "bool" wit swans yet they tag NK on the same streets they share.
that shyt couldnt happen in any hood in the east coast.it is what it is. cali bangers keep the peace with sur rats but ironically go at each other and try to portray themselves daily as the hardest nikkas in the world to those outside cali and that hypocrisy cant be ignored my nikka. i have been all over the US and cali hoods is tough but not the toughest. the only diff is the LA gang shyt being generational. my cousin been to brownsville and hoods like bmore,detroit etc as well and said some are worse in his opinion. ofcourse you can get ya wig split in cali just like anywhere else but even statistics going back to the 90's in LA's murder height would even back up LA never been a murder capitol compared to similar size cities like NY.which routinely had more than double the amount of homicides as LA in the same years. personally i could put New orleans right there with ANY city east or west coast. little cities like newark and camden shyt on lil cities like compton.
but point is crime is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay down . LA like NY is a shell of itself so why do cali nikkas feel the need to still act like it isnt
and keep portrayin some outdated template of what cali used to be?
It's the click that shares hood with 1st ECC that is. 
CPD is also mickey mouse on minorities due to the law, that's why you got all them kids killing kids. LAPD on the other hand are well equipped, enforce gang injunctions and slap RICOs on gangs, but make no mistake, they are STILL running wild. LA calmed down because people dont really hang on corners like that anymore, and they're wising up and focusing on what matters most.....MONEY.
