If today was decision day, what does he get?

It is not really worth it to evaluate a player based on one day's performance, or even one month. His past experience speaks for itself and his current health is still pretty good.
But hypothetically speaking, if today was the end of the 2013-14 season and his contract put him into free agency status, I think he could get $4.5 million a year. If I were his agent, I would probably set up a two-year contract and the terms would be $5 million in the first year, $1 million sign-on bonus, and $3 million in the second year. I would also put in a $1.5 million performance bonus for each year the team ends up as the Conference champions.
