I used to design brochures and facebook ads for the Black man that made the best hot wings in my city. He place was in a strip mall and 2 businesses down was a chinese joint. I used to go to the Chinese joint a lot before the man opened his wing place. One day he took me in the back outside and showed me how the chinese people were growing vegetables in a cutout 55 gallon bucket. They were watering the vegetables using rain water from the gutter drain. :gucci::scust:. Never ate there again. But Black people would go there all the time, and would never go to the Black man's wing shop. Dude did not want to spend any money on marketing or promoting his business, so he had to close down and he moved to NC after 6 months of being in business.

This unfortunately why most of my customers are not brehs why nikkas never wanna spend money on marketing? :why:

Marketing is like the last thing you can scrimp on man how else you gonna get new customers?

But rainwater? shyt it don't rain here in NYC just snow - So I'm safe :pachaha:

just bottled water... fukk that... :hubie:
there was a spot here in atlanta, and they got closed down,, nikkas had a frozen hawk in the freezer, and other shyt ready to be yall General Tso, and Orange chicken...

like someone mentioned earlier, go in there, they eat only veggies and white rice... why don't they ever eat the same shyt they cook for us, or whats on the menu.:scust:

:mjlol: ain't no hawks available in NYC though breh but I feel what you saying outside of major cities it's possible

Voted for pork fried rice tho :blessed:

Honestly how many of you are gonna have chinese food without rice? And pork fried is GOAT, tho I haven't had duck fried :patrice:

We didn't even talk about duck in this thread. Peking

Beef and broccoli, shrimp with broccoli, shrimp and snow peas, beef with Chinese veggies, general chicken, all lo meins, all fried rices, chicken teriyaki, happy family, burbon chicken, etc.

You have to be careful because you cant trust everybody's Chinese food.

A Mississippi Cotton Field
three delights in garlic sauce (chicken, beef, seafood)

or

happy family (basically the same thing, but in brown sauce)

fried rice as a side instead of regular white rice.

but really... all that stuff is the same thing with one or two spices added or not added. Just cook it yourself.

"chinese" takeout is sauce base, different veggies and meat. If you learn to make 2 or 3 things, you can make the whole menu.
